Big Sky releases streaming schedule for annual Football Kickoff event

OGDEN, Utah (July 8, 2016) -
The staff of the Big Sky Conference is beginning final preparations for the league's annual Football Kickoff event, from July 17-19, at the Park City Marriott, in Park City, Utah.

The kickoff, which features a variety of different media opportunities for Big Sky student-athletes and coaches, also features live-streaming interviews on WatchBigSky.com, to be conducted by the Big Sky's Jon Oglesby.

Monday's media activities will feature live-streaming interviews with Big Sky student-athletes on WatchBigSky.com. The morning will also feature a welcome breakfast for Big Sky Conference commissioner Andrea Williams. Williams will also open Monday's interviews on WatchBigSky.com.

The 2016 Big Sky Football Preseason All-Conference team will also be announced Monday morning, along with the Preseason Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year.

Tuesday's media activities will feature the Big Sky coaches, as each head football coach will be interviewed by Oglesby. The preseason coaches' and media polls will also be released Tuesday morning, with prognostication on where each Big Sky football program will finish in the standings.

The Big Sky Conference will also be conducting live interviews with players and coaches via Facebook, throughout the kickoff, and will be interacting with fans via the conference's social media platforms.

Fans are encouraged to use #BigSkyFB to interact with fans, players, coaches and conference officials on social media.

The 54th season of Big Sky Conference football will kick off on Sept. 1, with four non-conference games. Big Sky league games will begin on Sept. 24.
