Fans can enjoy Big Sky Conference football and volleyball action all weekend on Big Sky TV, as well as traditional TV.

The first football game of the 2010 season can be seen live for free on Big Sky TV at 7 p.m. Pacific when Northern Arizona plays host to Western New Mexico. The game can also be seen live on NAU-TV and Fox College Sports Pacific.

Big Sky TV features all volleyball and football games held in Big Sky venues. All fans need to do is create an account to view games. Accounts can be created five minutes prior to the start of an event. Those who created accounts last season with America One (Formerly B2 Networks) can use those accounts.

Northern Colorado, Northern Arizona and Sacramento State are all hosting volleyball matches this weekend. Northern Colorado takes on UMKC on Friday at 2 p.m. Mountain. At 7 p.m. Pacific, Northern Arizona battles Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Sacramento State meets Texas-San Antonio at 7:30 p.m. Pacific.

Saturday’s football action begins at 11 a.m. when Boston College plays host to Weber State. The game is available on ESPN3, the networks video streaming site.

No. 2 Montana takes on Western State at 1:05 p.m. The game will be televised in Montana on the CW Networks.

Also at 1:05 p.m., Montana State opens its season against Fort Lewis. Max Media networks will televise the game in HD.

Northern Colorado opens its home slate at 1:35 p.m. against Adams State, while Idaho State starts at 3:35 against UM-Western.

Sacramento State battles Stanford of the Pac-10 at 3:35 p.m. Pacific. The game will air live on Comcast Sports Net Bay Area. At 7 p.m. Pacific, Portland State takes on Arizona State on Fox Sports Arizona.

Volleyball action continues Saturday morning at 9 when Northern Colorado meets Fairfield. Northern Arizona takes on Rider at Noon. Sacramento State meets Elon at 12:30 p.m.

NAU is back on the court at 7 p.m. against Maryland-Eastern Shore. At 7:30 p.m., Sacramento State takes on Cal State Northridge. Georgia takes on Northern Colorado at 8 p.m. Mountain.
